These professionals were chosen based on their extensive investment experience, long-term performance, disciplined processes, and their ability to carry out the innovative investment strategies we've designed for each of our Funds. Bloom Investment Counsel Inc. Investment Manager for:
Paul Bloom is the founder and principal of Bloom Investment Counsel. Paul has over 30 years experience as an investment manager or investment analyst. From 1972 to 1985 (prior to forming his firm), Paul was an investment analyst and later the investment manager at Slater, Walker of Canada Limited (later renamed Talcorp Limited). The Bloom team also includes Kaan S. Oran, Vice President & Portfolio Manager. Kaan has 10 years of experience in Canadian equity markets as an investment manager and investment analyst primarily with First Marathon Securities and Connor, Clark & Lunn. The final member of the team is Sara N. Gottlieb, Vice President & Portfolio Manager. Sara has responsibility for investment analysis of each portfolio and assists in portfolio management and trading activities. Sara has been with the firm for over five years as a Vice-President. Together, the principals bring over 80 years of investment advisory experience to the management of the Funds' portfolios.

Investment Manager for:
Galileo Global Equity Advisors Inc. provides investment advisory and portfolio management services to institutional clients such as pension funds, high net worth individuals and their retirement plans, corporations and trusts. The oil and gas sector has been a primary focus of Galileo's principal advisors for over 20 years. During this time, Galileo has invested in a wide variety of growth-oriented companies including Canadian junior oil and gas corporations, royalty trusts and income funds. The Galileo team is headed by Michael Waring, BA, MBA, CFA. Michael has overall responsibility for Galileo's investment management activities on behalf of Citadel. Shaunessy Investment Counsel Inc. provides broad market investing and asset allocation services to wealthy individuals and their retirement plans, corporations, and trusts. The firm was co-founded by Terence Shaunessy, who serves as the Company's President. Terry has more than 30 years of experience in capital markets and institutional portfolio management.
