We have a lean and effective corporate organization. While each of our Funds is managed externally, our resident team of experienced officers and employees is made available to each Fund through a cost-sharing arrangement. Each Fund therefore shares non-fund specific expenses on a relative net asset value basis.

This ensures unitholders benefit from efficient cost-effective administration.
