Crown Hill and Citadel Announce Merger Meetings and Listing Clarification
Crown Hill Fund and Citadel Group of Funds are pleased to announce that a special meeting for each Citadel Fund will be held to seek securityholder approval for the proposed fund mergers.

The special meetings of unitholders of each of Citadel S-1 Income Trust Fund, Series S-1 Income Fund and Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund for June 5, 2009 were adjourned without the conduct of business.

Citadel Group of Funds announced that a subsidiary of CH Fund Administration LP has become the administrator of each of the Citadel Funds, other than CGF Mutual Funds Corporation, effective June 3, 2009

Citadel Premium Income Fund and Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund
Each of Citadel Premium Income Fund and Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund, confirmed today that the annual redemptions for such Funds will proceed as scheduled on Monday, June 29, 2009.

Citadel Funds Announce Change of Administrators
The Citadel Group of Funds announced today that Alberta Ltd. has become the administrator of each of the Citadel Funds, other than CGF Mutual Funds Corporation, effective June 3, 2009.
